Refund & Returns Policy

OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy applies for 30 days from delivery, If 30 days have elapsed we will only offer a refund or exchange at our discretion and it is to guaranteed to happen.

All of our Posi Joists are custom products and manufactured to order therefore cannot be returned or refunded once approval has been given and manufacture started unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, all goods must be returned, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include – Gift cards & downloadable software products

To complete a return and refund, you will require your proof of purchase.

There are times when we are only able to offer a partial refund such as:

• Metalwork with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS
All of our posi joists are custom products and are not returnable or refundable unless faulty.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, If paid By BACS please provide us with your bank details to return the payment, If you have paid via card the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Payments should be refunded within 7 days subject to your card provider processes.

FAULTY GOODS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or simply incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify accordingly. Examples of this could include posi-joists that have been damaged in transit or ones that differ to the measurements supplied.

If we deem an item to be faulty, we will refund the total amount of the invoice supplied on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take up to 10 working days for your card provider to refund the payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@hets.uk and send your item to:

SHIPPING RETURNS
to return your product, you should contact (info@hets.uk) prior to sending your return to : Hampshire Engineered Timber Solutions Ltd | Hill Farm Yard | Droxford Road | Swanmore | Hampshire | SO32 2PY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
